Which family rooms are available?
Kids' Theme and Family View Rooms are 40 m², with one 1.8 × 2.0 m bed and one 1.2 × 2.0 m bed for up to three guests. Choose using the photos and your family's needs.
Can I add a bed to a family room? Are cots available?
Neither family room type allows extra beds; maximum three guests. Cots are not available.
What play facilities are available and when are they open?
The 35 m² playroom has a slide, ball pit and building-block table. Open 07:30–23:00, complimentary for hotel guests only.
Which children's amenities are available?
Children's toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, four-piece bedding sets and small tents are available. Call reception on +86 21 2091 1119 ahead of your stay to arrange them.
What does breakfast cost for children?
Children under 1.2 m eat free; those 1.2 m and taller pay RMB 50 per person. Breakfast is served 06:45–09:30. Adult breakfast inclusion depends on the booking.
Are parking and laundry convenient for families?
There are 300 dedicated parking spaces, free for hotel guests after QR vehicle registration. The complimentary 24-hour guest laundry has three washers and three dryers.
Which nearby attractions suit family outings?
Consider Dishui Lake, Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park, Shanghai Astronomy Museum, China Maritime Museum and L*SNOW Indoor Skiing Theme Resort. Reference drives are about 15 minutes to Dishui Lake and 20 minutes to Haichang Ocean Park; check live navigation. Paid transfers require a booking and quote from reception at least one day ahead.
